So, where was I?

Oh yeah — My name is Luciana, I'm the creator of this platform and I’ve been doing this marketing thing for a while now, working for the biggest consumer goods companies in the world (Nestlé, Unilever, Ferrero, P&G)  and leading brand icons like Dove, Ariel Detergent, Magnum Ice Cream, Kinder Chocolate. I didn’t just stumble into this world; I crafted my way through it. So let me take you on the whirlwind timeline of my professional journey with marketing:​​

MY CALLING

​​

Well, truth is that while I was acing marketing school, I was totally failing the Gods of Purpose. And then, one day, the Gods decided to get loud. Real loud. It took me a minute (or a few years) to realize they were knocking down my door and what they are trying to tell me. Cue the deep inner work — facing my own demons and angels, peeling back the layers. I knew I wanted to be of service, but the question was how?

​

I explored retreats, meditation platforms, and even launched a few personal projects to figure out how I could truly be of service. But you know that heart resonance when things click true and feel aligned? Well, it wasn't there.

​

A little voice inside me whispered one night: “You’re the blacksmith, not the horse rider.”​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​​​I cracked the code: the blacksmith doesn’t ride the horse; they create the shoes that help the horses run faster, further. I realized I’ve been the blacksmith for big corporates all along, helping them thrive in ways that haven't always felt nice. But that calling wasn’t for the corporate world anymore, but for those out there riding the horses that are helping heal the world by remaining true to their heart. It’s more than trading big brands for big souls, it’s a commitment to marketing that feels as aligned as the people it serves — ethical, holistic, and straight from the heart.

So here I am, designing the strategies and mapping out paths and tools for the conscious creators, the healers, the messengers. The ones who need someone to guide them to go on the long run, while they step into their full potential and share their gifts.
